College Vaccines: Where to Get Them?

Congratulations on your college acceptance! Fall classes will be here before you know it, so start preparing now. But first, tie up a few loose ends: complete any remaining paperwork, finalize your course selections, and confirm that you meet the college vaccine requirements.

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) provides a thorough resource for students heading to college in the fall, but you should also double-check with your specific school because some campus requirements may not be listed by CDPH. For the most current guidance, consult the Immunization Recommendations and Screening Requirements for California Colleges & Universities. Many required vaccines may include:

  • Hepatitis B

  • Human Papillomavirus (HPV)
